Who am I?

Tomás Matos is an award-winning Portuguese pianist based in London, recognised for combining expressive musicianship with refined technical command. A laureate of several international competitions — including first prizes at the Alexander Scriabin International Piano Competition, the Santa Cecília International Competition, and the Portuguese National Piano Competition — he has performed in major UK venues such as St James’s Piccadilly, the Old Royal Naval College and Leighton House Museum.

An active chamber musician, Tomás regularly collaborates with distinguished artists and has appeared in international festivals and recital series across Europe. He completed his Master’s degree in Piano Performance with distinction at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where he received multiple awards for artistic excellence.
